ATAP as of Week 7

This week I continued doing some setup on my site, as well as adding my Post-Modernism analysis to the list. I found it helpful to write out all the requirements for the project, including word counts required for each assignment alongside the word count that I have actually written. I think that next week since there will be less work for blog posts and feedback, I will start to go back and revise my critical analysis pieces to match the project requirements. Other than that, I'm feeling pretty good on my work so far, and hope to stay on track with decent time management.

  1. Hello Mike, I have also decided to go down that route of adding more words to my critical analysis pages because I see that my word count is under the expected. I actually plan on revising at least one of my writing pieces per week as I feel like it will be best for me. I am not someone who enjoys editing and revising so one piece a week is alright. Kudos to you to want to revise all 4 this upcoming week!

  2. I thought that it was a very, very smart idea to write out all the requirements and word counts for the project. I will definitely be using this method in order to help keep myself on track with my writing. I also agree that this week will be well spent by going back and revising the critical analysis essays, as there is not as much work on the blog posts.

  3. Hello Mike, I am glad to hear that work is going well with your project so far. I agree with the other commenters in thinking that making a list was a good idea, and can function as a checklist of sorts to help you stay on top of your project. Adding work you already had to the website was a good idea too, and likely helped something as abstract as writing goals feel more productive since you still put some completed content on your website.
